I did a project where I had to introduce an exisiting American product into three different international markets. The product I choose was Kashi GO cereal. I decided to introduce Kashi GO into the United Kingdom, Russia, and Brazil. With each country I performed a 4P analysis, which evaluated the product, price, placement and promotion. Using secondary research and Euromoniter, I understood the key attributes in which consumers of these countries expected from a breakfast cereal. These key attributes helped guide the decisions in product adjustments, pricing strategy, product placement, and promotion.
