I worked on an international marketing group project where we had to decide where Walmart should put a distribution center in Central America. The three specific countries we had the option to choose from was Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Our group choose Honduras to put the distribution center.

In order to determine which country Walmart should put the distribution center we use a multi attribute model and selected five criteria and determined their importance with a weight out of 100%. Through our analysis and we figured that Honduras would be the best country to put a new distribution center for Walmart.
