University of Latvia Business Incubator

I had the opportunity to do an internship at the University of Latvia in Riga, Latvia in the summer of 2017. I worked specifically with the University’s Student Business Incubator. While there, I helped entrepreneurial minded students kickstart their businesses. I was given the task of researching the organizational structure of the incubator and what recommendations could help make the organization more effective. I was also given the task of helping expand the University’s network with other business incubators across Europe. I helped negotiate a partnership with the #3 top Business Incubator worldwide, PoliHub of Milan, Italy.
